  • Where are you located?
    Bigbox Self Storage has two locations, Capel and Augusta. Our Capel facility covers two industrial size blocks at 11 & 13 Ilmenite Crescent. Our Augusta facility is also in the locality's light industrial area. We are found at 28 Brindley Street.
  • How often can I access my items in storage?
    You will have access 7 days a week to your goods in storage during daylight hours. We are open for enquiries 24/7.
  • How do I move my items into storage?
    You will have to organise the transport of your belongings to your storage space. We can recommend a number of reliable removalists if required.
  • What size unit or self-storage lot will I require?
    When stored correctly, you can fit a surprising amount of goods in our storage units, for example an average 4 x 2 home’s contents can fit into a 6 x 3 m space. If you are unsure how much space you need, contact us and we can provide some guidance.
  • Am I able to get a discount?
    Discounts MAY apply for long term pre-paid bookings or multiple self-storage unit/lot bookings. Enquire with our friendly team to find out if you’re eligible.
  • What about security?
    You will need to supply your own padlock - we recommend a padlock with at least a 10mm shank.
  • How long has Bigbox Self Storage WA been around?
    Phil, Bigbox Self Storage WA owner, has been in the self storage industry and a member of the Self Storage Association of Australasia since 2001.
  • How does the monthly arrangement work?
    The terms of an agreement with Bigbox Self Storage is that all customers are required to pay for their space/s 1 month in advance.
  • What if I vacate my goods before the end of my paid month?
    You will be refunded the difference at the daily rate.
  • How do I pay?
    Our preferred option is by bank transfer, however we also accept cash or cheque.
